Just upload, record or type out your message via your bOnline phone account holder dashboard. 

Having a professional voicemail greeting is a great way to present a clear message to all callers when you can’t get to the phone. By presenting a clear message to callers you’re ensuring that you receive every message to your business and the caller knows that their message has been left securely. 

Using the bOnline phone account holder dashboard, this greeting will play each time you miss a call. 

How to set up:

To record:

• Select ‘Call Flows’ and scroll down to ‘Voicemail Greeting’
• Select ‘Record’ to record an audio message 
• Using the prompts to “start recording’, ‘Stop record’, ‘Play Back’ and ‘Save’ or ‘Bin’ your recorded message.

To Upload:

• Select ‘Call Flows’ and scroll down to ‘Voicemail Greeting’
• Select ‘Upload’ to choose an existing audio file from your device and ‘Save’.

To activate Text-to-speech:

• Select ‘Call Flows’ and scroll down to ‘Voicemail Greeting’.
  Select ‘Type-Out’.
• Name your Voicemail Greeting.
• Pick a preferred voice.
• Type out your message.
• Play your message and if happy select ‘Save’.

• Call to action (for example: call back tomorrow or leave a message.)
