whats-to-come-in-2018

We’ve speculated the website trends of 2018, and I’m sure you’re curious to know what are we cooking up for new and existing customers in the upcoming year? Here’s a sneak peek at our plans for 2018.

Stronger Senior Management Team

We have created two new roles within our Operations department to better serve our customers. We want to start 2018 with a team that will deliver the best customer services for small businesses.

Nazlee Davids recently joined our team as Head of Customer Operations. She has over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Customer Services. She has also brought with her a top-notch Service Manager who will ensure every one of our staff are working harder for you. Watch this space and expect a big improvement in our service levels in the coming months.

New logo, branding and website for bOnline

We’re always saying to our customers that there are hundreds of reasons to update your website design and optimise your website content to attract more visitors each month, such as; staying on top of Google Algorithms, improving user experience and increasing the security. So we are taking a leaf of our own book and completely redesigning our website, logo, and brand. Watch this space!

Official launch of cloud phones

We will be officially opening the doors to our new cloud-based phone system (or VoIP) on the 3rd January 2018. Although we have already had a keen interest in our cloud phones and over 100 customers have already signed up, from January 2018, we will be offering this phone system to all our customers and new clients. It’s the ideal solution for solo entrepreneurs and growing teams with up to 50 employees, and the features and benefits are vast - we’re all excited to see this product launch.

SEM marketing

Put simply, SEM, Search Engine Marketing, also known as PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising guarantees your company a prominent position on the search engine results page for chosen keywords. In return, you pay only when someone clicks through to your site.

bOnline will use Google Adwords to deliver a structured and managed campaign, delivering a strong ROI. Directly control how much you spend, and in which areas. We’ve built up a team to work alongside all industries, so small businesses just like yours can use SEM to get found and compete with rival companies.

Online payments

Making yours and customers lives even easier with online payments. We are introducing online payments. A quick and simple way of taking customers payments without the need for a card machine.

So how does it work? It's pretty straightforward really! Our website design team will add a section to your website, allowing you to take payments from customers. Once it is set up, all you will need to do is go to this page and fill in the boxes. Some of the benefits of this new service include; Simple and secure payment page, automatic email, no need for a card machine and time savings.

We hope to get this product, and more information about it, launched in the new year.

Final thoughts

We are really excited about the things that are coming in 2018. We’re always looking for new ways to improve our customer experience and product range, so if you have anything you’d like to see from us in 2018, just let us know!
